"Just for You"
Express Success Fitness Program
The "Just for You" program is a combination of cardiovascular, strength and flexibility components. Participants perform strength exercises using Life Fitness Circuit Series equipment. Circuit Series Strength Training equipment is designed for exercisers of all ages and every fitness level.
"Just for You" programs are designed as a 30 minute workout and are held in our Fitness Studio. The Fitness Studio is located away from the hustle of the Wellness Center. Participants have the pleasure of a private, peers only atmosphere, teamed with member to member socialization and personal attention of a Certified Instructor. Classes are limited to 10 participants. Please register at the Member Service Desk or on line at www.beavercountyymca.org.
Senior members! Increase your cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength by participating in Heart Beats Just for You class combined with non-impact aerobic choreography and flexibility movements. No registration required!
Monday, Wednesday, Friday classes OR Tuesday, Thursday OR Saturday classes.
