Training Classes


Program will be instructed by a Personal Trainer to accommodate all tness levels. This program will help your child build a solid foundation of strength training. The program will include cardio conditioning, cycling, and strength training.


Fee: Members: $10; Non-Members: $20 (or take UNLIMITED Classes Members: $55/month, Non-Members: $110/month)



The program is open to children and adults of all tness levels who want to improve their cardio, power, strength and endurance in a motivating environment that provides equal parts camaraderie and accountability.

MX4 Small Group Training combines a variety of unique training tools including a functional training system, a rower and a cycle bike to help everyone from beginners to elite athletes maximize their results. Diverse, progressive workouts keep sessions fresh and engaging while helping members improve every aspect of their fitness.

Kids Cycle Boot Camp

Join us for an hour filled with cardio and strengthening exercises for children who are taller than 4’4”.  Kids cycle for 30 minutes followed by 30 minutes of strength conditioning.  Initial paperwork is required before your first class.  Please arrive 15 minutes early prior to class.

Join us for an exciting class lled with cardio, energy and fun music. Class is led by a certi ed cycling instructor. Classes are listed on our website and on the cycling calendar. Initial paperwork is required so please arrive 15 minutes early. Children must be 4’4” to participate.


Fee: Members: $2; Non-Members: $7



This class is designed for school aged children who will learn a variety of postures that increase strength, exibility, balance, improve calmness, and provide relaxation. Children have the opportunity to be interactive while receiving the bene ts of focus, concentration, and fun!


Fee: FREE to YMCA Members



This 30 minute program is a combination of cardiovascular, strength and exibility components. Participants perform strength exercises using Life Fitness Circuit Series equipment. Circuit Series Strength Training equipment is designed for exercisers of all ages and every tness level.

Achieve your personal best and maximize your workout with motivation and safe fitness training methods! Medical clearance by your physician may be required prior to starting this program. Appointment set-up will be through the Director of Healthy Living and Personal Trainer within 24 hours of registering training hours.
