Y Runners – Whole Body Training

Y Runners is up and “running”! With two age groups Ms.Beth has her hands full. Mr. Tim helps with the younger group as they have energy that is never ending! 


This popular program helps kids reach their active goal for the day while also teaching them about healthy food and snack choices. Training at any age, should have an end goal in mind. Usually, at the conclusion of Y runners the kids run a race. They put their training to work and run a 5k, for the younger ones a 1 mile fun run. With COVID-19 many races only being held virtually. This year the kids will train for a race around Brady’s Run Loop. Completing the race together as a team and not at home on their own. Finish Strong Kiddos!
